Why Is Pricing Based on Property Size?
A larger property requires more scan positions, more time on location, more processing and more organization of the final Digital Twin.
However, square meters are not the only factor. A 1,000 m² open commercial space may require significantly less work than a 1,000 m² hotel containing many bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, staircases and separate buildings.
Final pricing is confirmed after a short property assessment.
