Brief & quote
Tell us the property, the date and what you need. Final pricing, schedule and deliverables are confirmed in writing before production.

The shoot
One visit, planned around the light. Photography, film and drone can be covered on the same day.

Delivery
Photos usually in 5–10 business days, video in 10–14, through a private download link. Express delivery is available.

01 Is this a technical inspection or a survey?
No. These packages are for visual documentation and marketing. Precise mapping, geodetic surveys, engineering reports and technical inspections are not included.
02 When do you fly over the site?
Full Documentation includes ground and aerial photography and filming when flight conditions allow. Drone operations are subject to permits, approvals and weather.
03 How do I book a shoot?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. Final pricing, schedules and deliverables are confirmed in writing before production.
04 When will I receive my photos and videos?
Photography is usually delivered in 5–10 business days and video in 10–14 business days, through a private digital download link. Express photo delivery within 48 hours is available for $100, and express video delivery for +30%.
05 Are raw files included?
Raw files, additional filming days and third-party production expenses are not included unless specified in your package.
06 Do you travel outside Stone Town?
Yes. We work across Zanzibar; additional travel is quoted separately when applicable.
